Here is a step-by-step description of the main actions of Foronum
Foronum Premium Subscription
The Foronum Premium subscription allows the possibility to contribute and help the website to continue growing, in exchange we offer you a series of extra advantages that were not available until now and among other things you will have the possibility to have an ad-free version of the website. The image below is not binding and only shows the advantages at the time of this manual, the conditions are detailed in the subscription screen that can be found in Control Panel > Subscription.
Sign up for subscription
To sign up for the annual subscription to Foronum the user can access the Control Panel > Subscription and click on the button "Subscribe now". Once this is done, the user will be redirected to the payment gateway screen.
If the result of the subscription checkout has been successful, the system will redirect you to the next screen showing a message similar to this one. From now on you can manage your subscriptions at any time from Control Panel > Data > Subscription
Apply a discount coupon
If you have a discount coupon for the subscription you can enter it by clicking on "Add promotional coupon" and automatically, if valid, it will be applied and you will see the result of the discount.
Modify subscription
You can modify or update the payment method of the subscription by going to Control Panel > Data > Subscription and clicking on the "Manage Billing" button. On the payment gateway screen you will be able to delete the payment method or add a new one so that your subscription is charged correctly.
Unsubscribe
Foronum subscription can be cancelled at any time, the user can go to Control Panel > Data > Subscription and click on the "Manage billing" button. Then he/she will see the payment gateway screen where he/she can click on the "Cancel Plan" button. At that moment and after accepting the conditions, the subscription will not be renewed.
