Coin Identification
Coin identification. Surely in your collection of world coins, ancient coins or any type of collection you have some coins that you cannot identify because they are deteriorated or because they include strange symbols or letters. The first step to know if a coin has value is to recognise and classify it. Upload a couple of pictures and a brief description including as much information as possible and get help from other numismatists and hobbyists.

Other resources for identifying and recognising coins
Before uploading your coin to try to be recognised, it is highly recommended that you take a look at the resources we offer. Look at one of the two sides of the coin, it is very likely that it has a coat of arms of the country to which it belongs. Also, if it is written in symbols other than our alphabet, you can guess the equivalent in our culture.

El reverso corresponde a un denario rarísimo de Q.Cornuficius de la familia Cornuficia, fechado en el año 42 a.C. de ceca africana. pero en el anverso debe estar la diosa Ceres y no el tipo de la barba que sale en la tuya, a parte de que canta mucho que es una reproducción por el malísimo arte.

El reverso de este denario representa el monumento de bronce que originariamente se encontraba cerca de la puerta Trigemina para recordar a L.Minucius que dio una orden de reducir el precio del trigo en el 439 aC

Según la clasificación de Janson,CJ#4.3.4 es igual a CJ#4.3.3,pero se adhiere a un imán.Cuál es entonces la diferencia en su composición.CJ#4.3.3 tiene 75%Cu-25%Ni. Y CJ#4.3.4?
