The monetary history of Bohemia and Moravia in the 20th century was marked by significant political and economic changes. From its membership in the Austro-Hungarian Empire to the formation of Czechoslovakia and its subsequent Nazi occupation, the region underwent various transformations in its monetary system.
Czechoslovakian period
After the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in 1918, the Czechoslovak koruna was established as the official currency of the newly formed Czechoslovakia.
