Morgan, it features on its obverse a depiction of freedom personified as a woman wearing a Phrygian cap and wreath of cotton leaves and wheat, symbolizing agriculture and industry. On the reverse, the coin shows an eagle with outstretched wings and an olive branch and arrows in its talons.
