Coin Identification
Coin identification. Surely in your collection of world coins, ancient coins or any type of collection you have some coins that you cannot identify because they are deteriorated or because they include strange symbols or letters. The first step to know if a coin has value is to recognise and classify it. Upload a couple of pictures and a brief description including as much information as possible and get help from other numismatists and hobbyists.

Other resources for identifying and recognising coins
Before uploading your coin to try to be recognised, it is highly recommended that you take a look at the resources we offer. Look at one of the two sides of the coin, it is very likely that it has a coat of arms of the country to which it belongs. Also, if it is written in symbols other than our alphabet, you can guess the equivalent in our culture.

Ayuda con esta "moneda"

Bueno, esta pieza pertenece a una coleccion de 10 "monedas" "medallas" conmemorativas de los juegos olimpicos (termina en Sidney 200). He buscado por la red y no logro confirmar de fuentes fidelignas su origen. Lo que si me llama la atencion es que en muchos casos dicen que esta bañada en oro de 24 o 22 kilates (segun el sitio que sea). ¿Algien puede darme informacion? gracias.
